Yesterday mornings run with the Vicky Park squad. Great wee route to recover from the long run on Saturday. Running with the young squad on a Sunday certainly gets the lungs opened up. Time to taper now for the first ultra of the year this coming Saturday at the D33 in Aberdeen.
